The housing construction project “The Seven” is located in Munich – Ludwigvorstadt-Isarvorstadt. A former combined heat and power station was reconstructed to new upmarket apartments. The construction phase took four years – from 2011 to 2015. In total, an office and commercial complex, a five-floor atrium with 80 apartments and 25 large upmarket apartments were built. Furthermore, the construction of a private spa area, an underground garage and a day nursery were part of the project.
The teardown of the legendary hotel “Königshof” in central Munich started in January 2019. An astonishing new building will be constructed there. The draft for the new hotel design originates with the famous Spanish architects Fuensanta Nieto and Enrique Sobejano. The renewd “Königshof” comes with 105 rooms and suites, an exclusive restaurant, a two-story wine cellar, a roof terrace and other extras. The local family business „Geisel Privathotels“ owns the hotel “Königshof”. The company LeitWerk AG is responsible for the entire construction management.

Under the principle of “innovation means progress”, a new building project named Weitblick 1.7 is going to be designed as part of the unique city project “Augsburger Innovationspark”. Especially for the realization a new company called Weitblick 1.7 GmbH & Co. KG was founded. It is a joint-venture between AUDAX GmbH and LeitWerk AG.
The building Weitblick 1.7 will provide more than 16,000 sqm renting space in total. Additionally, a 600 sqm catering area is planned. Furthermore a day nursery, conference and meeting rooms as well as approximately 350 parking lots are intended. Along with an extraordinary architecture and the possibility of open space offices, e-mobility and other gimmicks, the best possible requirements for a modern work environment 4.0 are met.
Thanks to an innovative and sustainable building development, Weitblick 1.7 meets highest standards and thus should be certified to quality level PLATINUM according to LEED. Unsurprisingly, almost 70% of the 16,000 m² were already reserved before the cornerstone was even laid.
