The brothers Konstantin and Frederik Jaspert, Jürgen Steffens and Olaf Drehsen established the firm JSWD in 2000. Today the team has more than 150 employees from 30 countries. To date, more than 50 projects have been completed both in Germany and in other European countries - their spectrum ranging from residential and office buildings to educational and medical facilities. Currently we are planning projects in China and in the USA as well.
Most of the projects are secured following successful participation in competitions. In collaboration with architectural firms in Europa, the USA and in China, JSWD gains additional architectural, technical and intellectual inspiration while maintaining cooperative exchange in the realization of joint projects.
We develop the identity of our buildings as the result of location specifics and the intended function. We convert the client’s self-concept into Corporate Architecture. JSWD’s approach links conceptual clarity to the reserved utilization of formal means. Many of our structures distinguish themselves by an efficient and intelligent exterior combined with technical knowhow and design requirements.
We are capable of dealing with all planning service levels. As the general planner, we perform all planning services required for a construction project incl. project control. We collaborate for all construction projects (domestic and foreign) with specialist engineers who are familiar with our methods. If required, our projects will comply with certification terms by DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, etc.
The green office campus evolves along a central water axis communicating openness and communication. Headquarter Q1 is the central high point. Catering is located in the Q2 conference center. The common design of all structures and the composition of the facade ensemble reinforce the architectural homogeneity of the quarter. The completed structure is designed to respond to flexible user needs.

Three buildings with irregular floor plans snuggle into the edges of the triangular location and surround an urban square. This is the location of the representative foyers. The 28-floor high-rise building is destined a landmark. 60,000 m2 of flexible office space for design offices, catering and fitness facilities will be available at the rear of the 3-dimensional light colored concrete facade. The Postbank and its headquarters will be the principal tenant there.

The Business Center is the new Landmark at the Vienna Hauptbahnhof. Glass towers shaped like smooth rocks reaching varying heights rise from a triangular base. The shopping mall welcomes the visitor influx from the city area guiding them on. This is also the area, which provides access to the generous lobbies of companies such as the BAWAG Group Headquarters, Nestlé, L’Oréal and other tenants. Catering and fitness clubs complement the facilities.
