The management, consisting of executive and supervisory board members, stands for commitment, creativity, quality awareness and above all: behind our employees. With flat hierarchies and diverse development opportunities. All under the leadership of Peter Weis and Sascha Dragone, who have been leading the way since the first independent project in 1995.
Only four years later, they founded today's LeitWerk AG, in which Andreas Bischoff has been supporting the management as a board member since 2020.
Since then, the company has been growing steadily - and with it, the LeitWerk Family's range of competencies.

Der Bogen, Munich, Germany
The site optimization project is planned as a new building for contemporary office and commercial use with a total usable area of approx. 42,000 m2 above ground and approx. 22,000 m2 below ground with underground parking. The complex consists of three underground floors and 8 above-ground floors. The certification target for the building is at least DGNB Gold. The shell construction was started in 2021, completion is planned for the end of 2023.
Hotel Königshof, Munich, Germany
The teardown of the legendary hotel “Königshof” in central Munich started in January 2019. An astonishing new building will be constructed there. The draft for the new hotel design originates with the famous Spanish architects Fuensanta Nieto and Enrique Sobejano. The renewd “Königshof” comes with 105 rooms and suites, an exclusive restaurant, a two-story wine cellar, a roof terrace and other extras. The company LeitWerk AG is responsible for the entire construction management.
Weitblick 1.7, Innovation Campus Augsburg, Germany
A new building called Weitblick 1.7 was built as part of the unique city project "Augsburg Innovation Park". The building has a total of more than 16,000 m² of rental space. Here you will find conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant, as well as a day nursery. In addition to an extraordinary architecture and the possibility of open space offices, e-mobility and other gimmicks, the best requirements for a modern working environment were met here.
