Weitblick 1.7 – the new landmark of Augsburg city, Germany
Under the motto "Innovation means progress", a new construction project called Weitblick 1.7 was built as part of the unique urban project "Augsburg Innovation Park". For its realization, a new company called Weitblick 1.7 GmbH & Co. KG was founded. The Weitblick 1.7 building has a total of more than 16,000 sqm of rental space. This space includes modern conference and meeting rooms, a daycare center, as well as a large catering area and around 350 parking spaces. Together with exceptional architecture and open-plan offices, e-mobility and other gimmicks, the best possible conditions have been created for a modern working world 4.0. Thanks to an innovative and sustainable building development, Weitblick 1.7 meets the highest standards and was therefore certified with the quality level PLATINUM according to LEED.
