Wilmina Hotel

Wilmina offers three new spaces at one unique location. On Kantstraße 79 in Berlin Charlottenburg, a listed ensemble consisting of a former courthouse and a women’s prison was transformed, expanded and reprogrammed by Grüntuch Ernst Architekten. Under family-run management, the former courthouse came to life as a space for art and culture – Amtsalon. Wilmina Hotel and its restaurant Lovis welcome their guests in the former prison, sheltered by lush gardens and interflowing courtyards.

AERA Darwinstrasse

The AERA in Berlin is an inspiring office environment for up to 1,000 workstations on 15,000 m2. The new building combines stimulating work spaces with ecological and social benefits. A generous 2,200 m2 roof park offers an inviting ascent along cascading lush gardens – a space for spontaneous recreation, informal encounters and a magnificent view. It serves as a role model for urban re-densification increasing biodiversity and quality of life in the city.

Am Spreebord, Berlin

The transformation of the urban building block ‘Am Spreebord’ offers opportunities for new living and working environments in the centre of Berlin. Around a central, public park, connected to the Mierendorff Round Trip on the banks of the Spree, a compact development will be laid out to unseal the surface over a large area. Individual, staggered structures with offices, different types of apartments, public and semi-public services, vary in height and give the location an identity-forming shape.
