About us
The management, consisting of executive and supervisory board members, stands for commitment, creativity, quality awareness and above all: behind our employees. With flat hierarchies and diverse development opportunities. All under the leadership of Peter Weis and Sascha Dragone, who have been leading the way since the first independent project in 1995. Only four years later, they founded today's LeitWerk AG, in which Andreas Bischoff has been supporting the management as a board member since 2020. Since then, the company has been growing steadily - and with it, the LeitWerk Family's range of competencies.
