The 20,000 m² office building is an innovative wood-hybrid project, promoting energy efficiency and a natural indoor climate. The i8's facade, made from recycled aluminum in a subdued green tone, enhances its natural aesthetic.

LeitWerk oversaw service phases 6-8, contributing to the project's successful realization and high standards.
Weitblick 1.7, Augsburg, Germany
Weitblick 1.7 in Augsburg is a modern office complex designed to inspire innovation and collaboration. With its sustainable architecture, flexible workspaces and cutting-edge technology, it sets a benchmark for contemporary workplace environments. Realized as a joint venture project by LeitWerk AG and AUDAX GmbH, it now serves as the headquarters for the LeitWerk-Family, showcasing their commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Central Hospital, Diepholz, Germany
To ensure sustainable and high-quality healthcare, the new Central Hospital in Twistringen-Borwede will replace three smaller regional facilities by 2028. This innovative project brings all specialties under one roof, streamlining patient care and enhancing efficiency.
LeitWerk oversees construction supervision for KG 300 in partnership with the general planners LUDES Architekten - Ingenieure GmbH, contributing to the creation of a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet modern medical and structural standards.
