We are focused on facades:
Priedemann Facade Experts are global operating engineering offices focusing specifically on the building envelope.
In a unique way, we make our holistic full-service facade competency available to investors, architects and building contractors. Besides façade consultancy and third-party execution control, we develop the system design and prepare the final shop drawings. We especially emphasize the integration of our expertise in sustainability, research and development, building physics and Digital Twin (BIM).
Mastered facade techniques, bravery to own responsibility, and the passion for chasing nearly impossible objectives are our strengths. In Asset Transformation, we plan the energy upgrade - economically, ecologically and according to life cycle criteria. We take responsibility for practically implementing the revitalization or adaptation of use based on careful examination and analysis.

NEERO Facade, Research & Development
How can glass façades be further enhanced to maximize transparency while saving on materials and weight?
The funded NEERO-Facade research project addresses this challenge by investigating thin glass-plastic hybrid panels in the application field of ultra-light and highly transparent facades. The utilized material is an innovative lightweight construction product with a transparent polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) core and external cover layers made of scratch-resistant thin glass. Possible applications for the development include the production of single and double-skin constructions for new buildings as well as the energetic renovation of existing buildings.

MossFacT, Research & Development
The MossFacT greening concept is based on the development of frame elements for ventilated rainscreen facades in which mosses are integrated by a 3D textile.
The aim of the research project was to achieve facade greening with low maintenance requirements and versatile application options. A key aspect is the sol-gel technology which is used to coat immobilized moss spores on textiles, which subsequently become part of the modular system.
