The new Hotel on Grote Markt in Groningen offers 123 rooms, spread over six floors. On the roof terrace there is a beautiful view over the city of Groningen. The hotel combines historic stepped gables with modern architecture. The relief of the façade and the use of high-quality materials such as natural stone give the hotel a grandeur that fits this location. The hotel is the last new building on the side of the Grote Markt.

Berlin’s new landmark building, Brain Box Berlin, is being built in Adlershof, a renowned centre for science and technology. The innovative, curved office complex offers new workplaces for research, development and technology, as well as production and administration. The most striking feature is the eight-storey tower at the east of the plot. Brain Box Berlin covers a total area of around 27,300 square metres.
