Thomas Müller Ivan Reimann Architects was founded in Berlin in 1988. Hotel Grote Markt, Groningen/ NL

The new Hotel on Grote Markt in Groningen offers 123 rooms, spread over six floors. On the roof terrace there is a beautiful view over the city of Groningen. The hotel combines historic stepped gables with modern architecture. The relief of the façade and the use of high-quality materials such as natural stone give the hotel a grandeur that fits this location. The hotel is the last new building on the side of the Grote Markt.

Brain Box, Berlin

Berlin’s new landmark building, Brain Box Berlin, is being built in Adlershof, a renowned centre for science and technology. The innovative, curved office complex offers new workplaces for research, development and technology, as well as production and administration. The most striking feature is the eight-storey tower at the east of the plot. Brain Box Berlin covers a total area of around 27,300 square metres.

Marieninsel, Frankfurt/Main

The 155 metres high Marienturm office tower, the 40 metres high Marienforum office and retail building and the public Marienplatz plaza together make up the
urban development project at the Marieninsel site in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. The new buildings house offices, cafés and restaurants, stores, a childcare center and fitness spaces.
