The conversion of the industrial monument into a hotel took about two years and required spectacular construction work. The tower was built in 1910 on an even older underground reservoir.
After extensive renovation work, the tower could finally be filled with life again. In June 2007, Mövenpick opened the hotel with 226 rooms on 20 levels.
The historical structure can be experienced everywhere in the building and thus creates a unique atmosphere.
