The history of the Admiralspalast in Berlin traces back to 1873 when it served as a bathhouse, later transforming into a theater in 1923. In 2005, the complex underwent restoration to regain its former glory. The protected building ensemble is now set for extensive renovation and expansion by 2024. The 9,600 m2 project involves modernizing the existing structure and also expanding additional areas. New functional spaces and office areas will emerge in a sought-after city center location.
