The special feature of this 65 meter high eco-friendly apartment building is its high proportion of solid wood. With the exception of three service cores and a base built of reinforced concrete, all the upper storeys are constructed with solid wood floors and interior walls. Compared to a conventionally constructed building, this complex saves approx. 31% CO₂ and is certified to the Platinum standard of the HafenCity Ecolabel.
