Infrastructure is the basis for the smooth functioning of our society and fundamental to our quality of life. However, not only far too little has been undertaken to keep the buildings in good repair, but also many facilities have received far too little financial support. The Baukultur Report 2024/25 “Infrastructures” focuses on three subjects: “Infrastructure as a basis for life”, “Mobility infrastructures” and “Processes and structures”, looking at closely interwoven types of infrastructure.
