We also refurbish buildings during ongoing operation, using low‑impact interventions supported by clear life‑cycle and risk analyses to safeguard long‑term asset value.

Our work – from Heiligendamm and InterContinental Berlin to Munich’s Archaeological State Collection, Frankfurt’s Eurotower and high‑rises in Bremen and Berlin –  demonstrates how circular and, where possible, minimally invasive methods can deliver resilient, future‑ready buildings.
