Close the Loop: Facade Refurbishment for Future‑Ready Buildings

Exhibitor
Priedemann Holding GmbH

Every building tells a story, shaped by its façade. With “Close the Loop”, we view the building envelope across its full life cycle, unlocking the value of existing façades to reduce CO₂ emissions, improve energy performance, and preserve architectural identity.

Drawing on over 30 years of expertise, we pair innovative design with technical precision to create practical, future‑oriented solutions. We also refurbish buildings during ongoing operation, using low‑impact interventions supported by clear life‑cycle and risk analyses to safeguard long‑term asset value.

Our work – from Heiligendamm and InterContinental Berlin to Munich’s Archaeological State Collection, Frankfurt’s Eurotower and high‑rises in Bremen and Berlin –  demonstrates how circular and, where possible, minimally invasive methods can deliver resilient, future‑ready buildings.
